The balsamic produced in our acetaia located at 800 meters altitude, and aged inside these barrels, acquires all the essences released by the individual types of wood, enriching itself with aromas and fragrances. In the acetaia, work is done exclusively by hand without the aid of machinery, but only with the experience handed down by tradition and time.
